At Helios & Herbs, we want our founding members to feel confident joining our trial.
Trial Period (Founding Member Launch)
- The ₹500 token amount (or any trial token payment) is fully refundable — no questions asked.
- Refund requests will be honored anytime before the full payment is made for the trial plan.
- Once the full payment for the trial is made and meals are scheduled, payments are non-refundable.
Standard Launch
- This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only during the trial phase.
- A detailed policy for subscriptions and standard plans will be published at the time of our full launch.
